West Virginia voters will cast ballots in races for president, governor, US Senate and the state’s two US House seats. Republicans are likely to gain a Senate seat in West Virginia, where Republican Jim Justice, the current governor, is favored to win the seat currently held by Democratic Senator Joe Manchin, who did not seek reelection.
