Vermont voters will cast ballots in races for president, governor, US Senate and the state’s lone US House seat. Republican Governor Phil Scott and Senator Bernie Sanders, an Independent who caucuses with Democrats, are both favored to win reelection, according to ratings from the Cook Political Report.
