Oregon voters will cast ballots in races for president and the state’s six US House seats. The House race in District 5 is rated a “Toss Up,” according to ratings from the Cook Political Report. Two other House races could be competitive.

Voters will also decide on a key ballot measure that would institute ranked choice voting for federal and state offices.
