Best Business Schools Hiring:
Financial Industry

With median annual salaries hitting $200,000, financial services continues to be among the top three destinations for MBAs. Wharton (No. 7) and Harvard (No. 6) sent the most graduates into the financial industry—with 237 and 196, respectively. Still, the industry has faced some contraction and job-seeking b-school grads have seen the effects of it. Federal government jobs figures point to the number of finance jobs in the US starting to recover after slumping in the second half of 2023. But the broader category of white-collar jobs known as professional and business services, which includes MBA-level finance positions, has barely expanded in the past year.
