SDA Bocconi is number 1 on the overall ranking of European and Middle Eastern business schools. The Milan-based school is known for being the first university to offer a degree in economics in Italy, at the undergraduate level. The graduate management program was established in 1971 — and its economics courses are standouts. Of our five indexes, Bocconi typically ranks highly when it comes to compensation. Given its location in Milan, Italy, the school sends a high share of its graduates into the e-commerce, luxury and fashion sectors.
