The signs shout at us from sidewalks and from the concourses of shopping malls. “Rogers, $45/100 GB” read one we spotted in Toronto’s Eaton Centre last week. For about C$50 ($37) a month, you can get a wireless plan with roaming privileges in the US and Mexico and all the data you’d need to stream Toronto Blue Jays games. Or Montreal Canadiens games, if that’s your thing.
