Market optimism on the prospect of a long-term peace deal in the Middle East is boosting US stocks to record highs.

In the latest news, US President Donald Trump said in post today that Israel and Lebanon had agreed to a 10-day ceasefire that will begin at 5 p.m. EST. That conflict has been a key sticking point to the extension of ceasefire between the US and Iran.
