For American consumers wondering if they’ve seen the peak price hikes and economic disruptions from the Iran war, Port of Los Angeles Executive Director Gene Seroka has a sober assessment about what lies ahead.

Seroka explained on Bloomberg Television interview this week that for every day of disruption at ports, it takes about three days for shipping lines, dockworkers and inland transport services to catch up.
