Sláinte Top Shelfers! It’s Tony Rehagen with a St. Pat’s beer primer. For some reason, people take this occasion to pay closer attention to the color of their (and your) brew. Americans love to dye their beer green along with everything else, while grumpier publicans will scold that true Hibernians drink black stouts. Research indicates that most people who live in Ireland actually prefer it yellow like the rest of the world. But I’m here to urge you to go red this March and beyond. Before we delve into the hues, let’s get to the news:
