As the dust settles from the US capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, it’s still not clear what the move means for global politics, the oil trade or how the country will ultimately be governed. But one thing seems fairly certain: cryptocurrencies are going to remain a linchpin of Venezuela’s economy, and perhaps thrive even more.
