Every Monday I have a slot on Bloomberg’s Balance of Power program where I give a preview of which issues and actions we’re anticipating in Washington and how those can impact markets and companies. So, after Bloomberg’s Joe Mathieu and Michelle Jamrisko give me a second to talk about how great the Chicago Bears are, we discussed whether we think the government will shut down in January — my feeling continues to be no — and whether Congress will be able to make a deal on Obamacare subsidies.
