Speaking with finance chiefs across industries, I’ve noticed two divides show up recently. One is the growing gap between those whose customers continue to do fine, and those who are seeing their clients’ spending power stagnate or weaken. The second is between businesses directly or indirectly linked to AI, and those from, let’s call it, “more traditional” industries.
