Donald Trump and Xi Jinping talked and agreed to talk some more. The US president said he and Xi cleared up disputes on rare-earths exports during a call and that he accepted China’s invitation to visit. Beijing said it’s complied with tariff truce and that Trump welcomed Chinese students to study in the US.
