Boeing’s problems—well, one of them anyway—may be close to a resolution. The planemaker and the union representing 33,000 striking workers reached a tentative accord with help from the White House. They’d get a wage increase of 35% spread over four years and annual bonuses of at least 4%. A ratification vote is set for Oct. 23, making earnings day a real cliffhanger for CEO Kelly Ortberg.
