When 23-year-old Blake Resnick founded Brinc Drones in 2019, he committed to one foundational principle: never design technology that could harm or kill. Then on Feb. 24, 2022, Vladimir Putin’s army invaded Ukraine.
Weeks after the invasion, Resnick’s company found clients willing to donate 60 drones to Ukraine. Its forces and emergency responders have used them primarily for emergency response, but also to track and target Russian forces, Resnick said.
