KKR Explores Sale of Flora for as Much as $10 Billion, FT Says

KKR & Co. is exploring a sale of Flora Food Group for as much as $10 billion, the Financial Times reported.

The US private equity firm is working with investment bankers on a possible sale of Flora, which also owns brands including I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! and Bertolli, the paper said, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter.
