Intuitive Surgical Raises 2026 Outlook, Buoyed by US, Europe

Intuitive Surgical Inc. raised its fiscal 2026 outlook for use of its flagship surgical robotic system and reported first-quarter results that beat expectations, lifted by growing usage in the US and Europe.

The company expects worldwide procedure growth using its da Vinci system to increase by about 13.5% to 15.5% in 2026, it said in a statement Tuesday, up from the 13% to 15% it had previously forecast. This is higher than analysts’ expectations of 15%.
