Russia Struggles to Put Out Tuapse Port Fire After Drone Strike

Russia’s emergency services are stepping up efforts to extinguish a massive fire in the Black Sea port city of Tuapse after a Ukrainian drone attack that happened more than 24 hours earlier.

Local authorities deployed additional firefighters to the burning Tuapse sea terminal to bring the total to 177 people, according to a Telegram statement from the regional emergency services. They also increased the number of deployed fire-fighting equipment units to 56 from 49 earlier, the statement said.
