Kenya is in talks with the World Bank for emergency funding, among the first to go public with plans to cushion the Iran war’s impact.

The East African nation is seeking the funds from the Washington-based lender’s Rapid Response Option facility, central bank Governor Kamau Thugge said in an interview.
