Critical Metals Corp. boosted its stake in the Tanbreez rare earth deposit in Greenland, consolidating ownership of an asset the firm hopes will serve a US-aligned supply chain. The stock soared.

The company now owns 92.5% of the project after acquiring the 50.5% interest that it didn’t already own from Rimbal Pty Ltd., according to a document viewed by Bloomberg News. Critical Metals confirmed the increase in ownership in a Friday statementBloomberg Terminal.
