Costa Rica is dissatisfied with the volume of its exports to China under its free trade deal with the Asian giant, according to a minister from the Central American nation.

“I’ve been unsatisfied on the behavior or the flow of our exports to the Chinese market,” Foreign Trade Minister Manuel Tovar said Friday, in an interview in Singapore. “It has not fulfilled the expectations set forth when we initiated the negotiations.”
