Serbia Sticks to EU Bid But Won’t ‘Beg’ Brussels, Minister Says

Serbia remains on its path to European Union membership but its officials won’t “beg” for admission to the 27-nation bloc, Foreign Minister Marko Djuric said.
The Balkan nation will soon adopt another set of laws required by the accession process as it wants to meet all administrative and technical procedures by the end of this year, Djuric told reporters in Prague on Thursday.
