Madagascar Probing $919 Million of Embezzled Public Funds

The embezzlement occurred over five years, an audit of 15 ministries and state agencies showed, and was in major infrastructure projects, including an urban train and cable car transport system, according to the presidential communication director Harry Laurent Rahajason.
