EasyJet Plc shares fell the most since 2022 after the UK budget airline warned of a loss in the first half of this fiscal year because of disruptions from the Iran war.

Shares fell as much as 8.7% on Thursday in London, the steepest intraday drop since June 2022, after the airline said it expects a headline loss before tax of £540 million ($733 million) to £560 million in the first six months. The Middle East conflict added £25 million in fuel costs in March, the carrier said in a trading update.
