Singapore Home Sales Rebound as Project Launches Attract Buyers

Singapore new home sales rose in March as fresh project launches drew buyers back to the market after a slow start to the year.

Developers sold 1,300 new private units last month, according to figures released Wednesday by the Urban Redevelopment Authority. That is the most in five months and compares with 729 units sold in March last year.
