Quant Firm Boss Behind Record £270 Million London House Deal

Suneil Setiya, the co-founder of quant investing firm Quadrature Capital, is the buyer of Nick Candy’s family home in London’s Chelsea district, according to people familiar with the matter.

While there was no formal marketing of the property, multiple sealed bids were made including from three different royal families in the Middle East, the people said who asked not to be named discussing an off-market deal.
