Blue Owl Snaps Up Stake in Financial-Services Manager BlackFin

Blue Owl Capital Inc. is nearing a deal for one of its funds to take a minority stake in Paris-based BlackFin Capital Partners, according to people familiar with the matter.

Houlihan Lokey advised the stake-sale process, said the people, who didn’t disclose the terms and asked not to be identified discussing confidential negotiations. Representatives for Blue Owl and Houlihan Lokey declined to comment, while BlackFin didn’t immediately reply to a message seeking comment.
