Perella Weinberg Agrees to Buy UK Adviser Gleacher Shacklock

Perella Weinberg Partners has agreed to buy Gleacher Shacklock, part of a move to beef up its European presence.

The Wall Street firm has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the UK advisory firm, according to a statement Monday. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
