Late Payments Rising for Buy Now, Pay Later, Survey Says

Nearly half of Buy Now, Pay Later users say they’ve paid late on at least one of their installment loans in the past year, according to a survey released on Monday.

The survey, published by the credit marketplace LendingTree Inc., included a number of findings that corroborate recent concerns of lawmakers, financial planners and consumer advocates regarding over-reliance on Buy Now, Pay Later.
