Lawmakers granted final, unanimous approval to the 131-article bill on Thursday after an initial vote last month. The legislation replaces a nearly three-decade-old framework and is part of Rodríguez’s broader effort to offer legal guarantees and a more flexible tax regime to international investors, particularly from the US.
