UAE Oil Boss Says Hormuz Still Shut With Iran Restricting Access

“Conditional passage is not passage. It is control by another name,” Sultan Al Jaber, chief executive office of Abu Dhabi National Oil Co., said in comments on LinkedIn. “The Strait must be open — fully, unconditionally and without restriction.”
