Top Democrat Presses Bessent on Treasury Pre-War Preparation

In a letter addressed to Bessent Thursday, Democratic Senator Ron Wyden, the top Democrat on the Finance Committee, asks for a detailed description of the actions taken within the Treasury Department to analyze and plan for the economic consequences of the war, and its impact on global energy markets.
