Kering Will Name Former Chanel Executive, Hotel CEO to Board

Kering SA will ask shareholders to approve the nominations of a former executive at Chanel Ltd. and a Mandarin Oriental International Ltd. group chief executive officer to its board.

The Gucci owner will seek to appoint Marie-Hélène Chenut, who spent three decades at Chanel, and Laurent Kleitman, CEO of the Mandarin Oriental hotel group, according to people familiar with the matter.
