US Vice President JD Vance will lead a delegation to Pakistan later this week to hold talks on a lasting peace agreement with Iran, the White House announced.

Special envoy Steve Witkoff and President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner will also join the negotiations, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Wednesday, adding that the discussions would begin Saturday morning local time in Islamabad.
