Nordic Capital Explores Sale of Bakery Chain Ole & Steen

Nordic Capital is exploring a sale of Danish bakery chain Ole & Steen, which could fetch several hundred million euros, people with knowledge of the matter said.

The Stockholm-based buyout firm has invited banks to pitch for advisory roles on the potential divestment, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the information is private.
