Gamma Communications Confirms Talks With Potential Bidders

Gamma Communications Plc, a London-listed telecommunication services company, is in preliminary discussions with a number of potential suitors.

The talks are at an early stage and may not lead to any offers, it said in a statement on Tuesday. Barclays Plc is the financial adviser to Gamma. Bloomberg News reported earlier that Gamma is exploring options including a potential sale of the business.
