DroneShield Ltd. shares slumped after Oleg Vornik stepped down as chief executive officer following more than 10 years in the role.

The stock fell 14% to close at A$3.45 in Sydney trading Wednesday, continuing a rollercoaster ride that saw the defense firm’s market value soar more than 200-fold since its IPO, before being roiled late last year by a series of share sales by Vornik and other executives.
