Delta Increases Checked Bag Charges by Up to $50 After Fuel Costs Rise

Atlanta-based Delta will charge $10 more for the first and second checked bags on domestic and select international routes, while a third bag will cost $50 more, the airline said in a statement Tuesday. Delta SkyMiles Medallion members and customers in first class will continue to get some complimentary bags.
