The new strategy, led by emerging-market veterans Peter Marber and Jim Garvey, will lend to high-quality borrowers such as government-linked and “strategically important” companies, the firm said in a statement. The offerings will focus on senior secured loans, structured credit, and asset-backed financing solutions.
