CFA Final Success Rate Stays at 50%, Below Test’s Decade Average
The pass rate for the final level of the chartered financial analyst exam stayed below its historic average, while those delaying their test-taking continued to see a lower chance of success.
In February, 50% of candidates passed the Level III test, unchanged from the percentage who were successful in August and up from 49% for those who saw for the exam a year earlier, the CFA Institute said Tuesday. That was just below the 51% average pass rate over the past decade.
