Blackstone Invests in Bulgarian Renewable Energy Firm Sunotec

Blackstone Inc. is making an equity investment in Bulgaria-based Sunotec, an integrator of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects.

The €250 million ($289 million) structured equity investment will come from funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities, said people familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified because the information was private.
