Bureau Veritas Buys Irish Quality Control Business Lotusworks

France’s Bureau Veritas SA will acquire Irish quality control business Lotusworks Ltd. in a deal representing an enterprise value of €375 million ($433 million).

In a statement Monday, the French industrial testing, inspection and certification company said the transaction will be financed via existing and recently negotiated credit lines. The transaction is expected to close by summer 2026 and is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
