Kazakh Sovereign Wealth Fund Readies Debut Panda Bond Sale

Kazakhstan’s sovereign wealth fund is preparing a debut sale of panda bonds as soon as this month, according to people familiar with the plans.

Samruk-Kazyna may seek to raise as much as 3 billion yuan ($435 million) in China, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the plans aren’t public.
