Zodia Markets CEO Ahmad Departs StanChart-Backed Crypto Firm

The chief executive officer of Standard Chartered Plc’s crypto trading subsidiary Zodia Markets Holdings Ltd. has left the firm, people with knowledge of the matter said.

Usman Ahmad left Zodia Markets in early March, said the people, who asked not to be identified as the departure hasn’t been publicly announced. Nick Philpott, previously Zodia’s head of partnerships, has become interim CEO, Zodia’s website showed on Wednesday.
