The New York judge presiding over Luigi Mangione’s state murder case over the shooting death of a UnitedHealth Group Inc. executive has pushed back the trial by three months to Sept. 8.

Judge Gregory Carro issued the order Wednesday afternoon, hours after the US judge presiding over Mangione’s federal stalking case postponed that trial from September to October.
