Keurig Dr Pepper Taps JDE Peet’s CEO to Lead Coffee Company

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. named Rafael Oliveira, chief executive officer of recently acquired JDE Peet’s NV, to lead the companies’ combined coffee business that eventually will stand alone from the soda maker.

Oliveira has been with JDE Peet’s since November 2024. Keurig had previously named Sudhanshu Priyadarshi, at the time its chief financial officer, to lead the coffee company, but changed course in October amid investor skepticism over the amount of debt it plans to take on to acquire JDE Peet’s.
