Balyasny Asia-Pacific Chief Operating Officer Lo Said to Leave

Balyasny Asset Management’s Asia-Pacific Chief Operating Officer Eddie Lo is leaving the $33 billion hedge-fund firm after less than two years at the company, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Lo joined Dmitry Balyasny’s eponymous Chicago-based firm in mid-2024 and was previously a regional treasurer for Ken Griffin’s now $69 billion Citadel hedge fund business.
