Private Equity Backed TK Elevator Says It’s Exploring IPO

TK Elevator, the industrial firm backed by Advent and Cinven, said it’s considering an initial public offering among other strategic options.

“The company and its shareholders are setting the course for the future,” TK Elevator said in a statement Tuesday. “An initial public offering is one of the strategic options.”
