Fonterra Cooperative Group has agreed to remove a label from Anchor butter packaging that said the product was “100% New Zealand Grass Fed” after Greenpeace brought legal action against the dairy giant.

Fonterra and Greenpeace have agreed to resolve the proceedings, the Auckland-based company said in a statement Wednesday. It didn’t disclose whether there was any financial settlement as part of the resolution.
