Europe is expected to have enough jet fuel to avoid shortages in April, according to people directly involved in the aviation fuel market. But that situation could change in May, as the conflict in the Middle East continues to rock global energy markets.

The US president put the focus on jet fuel supplies earlier on Tuesday, lashing out at nations that “can’t get jet fuel because of the Strait of Hormuz” and advising them to buy from the US, as well as to “go to the Strait, and just TAKE IT,” in a social media post.
